Dana, Meredith, and I presented two sessions at the 2015 New York Library Association Conference in beautiful Lake Placid, NY. Our first presentation was on 3D printing and education and drew a large and active crowd! We had time for discussion and it was great to hear stories from the field of 3D printing programs in all different kinds of libraries.
Our second presentation was on the last day of the conference and drew a smaller crowd, but focused on creating gifs in library settings. We still had fantastic diversity in the audience and were able to work and advise on specific projects.
NYLA was a delightful, intimate conference that had a small town feel. We ate maple-flavored everything and had some great conversations. A deep thank you to NYLA for giving us the opportunity to present!
